Once you place your order, the Planning Template Google Sheet will automatically be shared with the email used to purchase the order. Make a copy of the Google Sheet, and add it to your own Google Drive, so you can use it to plan your own wine tour weekend.

In this one spreadsheet, you'll find designated space to track your
- itinerary plan,
- head counts for each itinerary item,
- scheduled bookings and reservation times,
- total cost for each itinerary item, 
- payment record of each guest, and 
- any incidents/issues that happen during your planning

We also added built in formulas so you don't have to spend time calculating:
- "Planned Cost Per-Person"for each itinerary item,
- "Remaining Owed in person" (unpaid balance) for each stop, 
- "Planned Cost Per Person" and "Extra $ to bring" for each guest,
- "Amount Over Budget" for each line item,
- "Budget Remaining" for each line item, 
- "CPI (Cost Performance Index)" for each line item, 
- Project Totals (In-Scope of Budget)
- Project Totals (In and Out-of-Scope of Budget)

While this template is designed for our exact itinerary--you can customize the template to add or remove itinerary items, adjust the scope of your budget to include/exclude certain meals or purchases, organize your guests into different payment groups, or track additional budget metrics you might need.
