Astrology placements that show someone’s relationship with their mother

I just saw a big astrologer on here saying that if she knows your moon sign, that tells her everything she needs to know about your relationship with your mother. I think that is a dangerous oversimplification of astrology. So here are all the things that I look at in order to determine someone's relationship with their mother.
MOON PLACEMENT
1. Moon sign - “flavor” of relationship with mother.
2. Moon house placement - area of life mother is most present
3. Moon aspects - outside influence on maternal relationship.
4H PLACEMENTS
4. Sign that starts the 4th House (4H) (IC in Placidus) - context of relationship with mother.
5. Planets in 4H - more context of relationship with mother.
6. Sign of 4H planet placements (may be different from IC sign) - “flavor” of additional context offered by 4H
7. Aspects to 4H placements - outside influences on additional context offered by 4H.
LORD OF 4H
8. Ruler of 4H (aka 4L, or Lord of the 4H) sign - more context into “flavor” of maternal relationship.
9. Ruler of 4H (aka 4L) house placement - area of life mother is also involved in.
10. Aspects to Ruler of 4H (aka 4L) - outside influences on mother’s parenting styles.
LILITH - DARK SIDE OF MOTHERHOOD
You're also going to want to look at Lilith. Lilith represents the dark side of the moon or the dark side of motherhood. And there are three different Liliths that you can look at. You can look at the:
- True Lunar Apogee Lilith, which is represented by either true/oscillating Lilith, which is the exact same position of the lunar apogee.
- There's also Mean [Lunar apogee] Lilith, which is more standardly used by astrologers. That's the average position of Lilith over the course of a certain amount of time.
- Then there is the asteroid Lilith, which will also give you insights into the dark side of motherhood for all three of those placements…
I personally just use mean Lilith in most of my readings unless a client requests otherwise.

12. Lilith house - area of life where the dark side of relationship with mother is present.
13. Aspects to Lilith - outside influences on the dark side of relationship with mother.
CERES - A MOTHER’S SACRIFICES
You also want to look at the asteroid Ceres. Ceres is a maternal mother archetype in asteroid astrology, so you want to look at the sign, house placement, and aspects to Ceres in order to give more context on the relationship with the mother.
14. Ceres sign - “flavor” of sacrifices a mother makes for her children.
15. Ceres house - area of life where the sacrifices a mother makes for her children happen.
16. Ceres aspects - outside influences on sacrifices a mother makes for her children.
Once I have all of that information, that tells me everything I need to know about someone's relationship with their mother.
