This video is an Astrological analysis of Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas' Las Vegas Wedding which occurred on May 1, 2019, approximately 11:30PM local time; after the Billboard Music Awards Ceremony.

Transcript:

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas got hitched in a Las Vegas wedding ceremony after the Billboard Music Awards, where they exchanged Ring Pops as wedding bands and had their ceremony officiated by an Elvis impersonator.

They then followed this up with a more formal and traditional wedding ceremony in Paris later that summer. So, let's get into the Astrology of both the Vegas wedding and the Paris wedding of Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner.

Vegas Wedding Aries Venus+Moon.jpg

This is [a cropped photo of] the approximate chart from the moment Joe and Sophie were getting married, a half an hour after the end of the billboard music awards. (May 1, 2019.  Las Vegas, NV. 11:30PM).

I see we have Venus (14) and the Moon (10) both in Aries. Venus is the planet that rules love, romance, partnership, and marriage; and is the ruler of Libra, the sign that talks about marriage [specifically].

Aries is the opposite sign from Libra, meaning that Venus is as far away from its home sign as possible, or in its "Detriment," doing the exact opposite of what it's supposed to be doing. Libra is the sign that talks about making sure other peoples' needs are satisfied so that everyone can be happy--and there can be peace, harmony, and balance. Aries is the exact opposite energy: it's the sign of War, and talks about your own personal egoistic desires, and fighting to get your own personal needs met.

Aries is impulsive and quick to act, so the patience required to make a decision that's good for everyone (patience that Venus typically has) completely disappears when Venus is in Aries. When you add an Aries moon to the mix, that is a recipe for impulsive behavior.

Normally I would not recommend getting married under an Aries Moon and Aries Venus, especially not in Vegas. That just sounds like a big impulsive mess that you're going to have to clean up later.

But--if we look at Sophie's chart, we see that she has an Aries Moon (5) and Venus, meaning she was experiencing her Lunar and Venus Return(s) the day of this wedding; which was even to the exact degree, with Venus in 14 degrees of Aries.

Aries Venus is a fire Venus, which means it's a very playful energy. Aries Venus needs excitement and stimulation in order to prevent themselves from getting bored within their relationships.

If you're boring, and you're not down to get married in Vegas by an Elvis impersonator, then that Aries Venus is going to f*cking leave you and find somebody who stimulates them, goes on those impromptu adventures with them, and makes them feel alive.

You want to marry me, but you're not willing to jump in the pool with all your clothes on? Boring, no thanks!

This video is an Astrological analysis of Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas' Paris Wedding which occurred on June 29, 2019, approximately two months after their Vegas ceremony.

Transcript:

A couple of months after their Elvis-officiated Vegas wedding, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas got married (again) in Paris, in a more formal and traditional ceremony. Unlike the fiery, impulsive Aries moon of the Las Vegas wedding, for the day of the Paris wedding, we see the Moon "exalted" in Taurus. Even though Libra is the sign that rules marriage itself, Venus, the planet that rules Libra, also rules Taurus. So, having a Taurus Moon is a great placement for a wedding ceremony (although Taurus is a more independent energy than Libra).

Venus and Taurus energy is particularly gentle, calm, comfortable, and luxurious. The Moon is about nurturing and loving the people that you care about, so the Moon is "exalted" in Taurus because it's a very loving and tender energy that is very conducive towards healing, growth, and fertility as well.

Good food, good drinks, good music, a comforable setting: these are all things that are ruled by Taurus and they are particularly enjoyable and healing when the moon is in Taurus.

Included in annotation but not said out loud: Venus rules pleasure and our senses (Sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell). The moon in Taurus is a period of heightened senses, when food and drink tastes better, and music sounds better.

Venus also rules fashion, with Libra being the more creative, artistic fashion and design we see on runway; whereas Taurus is the more classic and elegant fashion design. The Moon is the "bride of the Sun" and talks about feminine visiblity (A Luminary) of the Goddess. If you want to look like an absolute Goddess in a classic and elegant beautiful wedding dress like [Sophie did in her wedding dress], a Taurus Moon is the best time to do it.

I also want to talk about this seven degree Cancer Sun. Seven degrees is a "Libra degree," and can talk about union or partnership, but this is also the same sign where the North Node was located.

The moon was in Taurus, which means in a couple of days it would join the Sun in Cancer along with that North Node. Whenever a new moon or full moon happen in the same signs as the North and South Node, that is when a lunar or solar eclipse happens. So, that means that their Paris wedding ceremony was only a couple of days before a new moon Solar Eclipse.

If we look at Joe's chart, we can see that he has a Leo Sun (22) and an Aquarius Moon (4), meaning he is a "full moon baby" (born on a full moon). However, he also has a Leo South Node and an Aquarius North Node, meaning that full moon happened on the Lunar nodes, or a full moon Lunar Eclipse. Joe Jonas is an "eclipse baby."

So, the fact that the Paris ceremony happened only a few days before a Solar Eclipse really kind of shows that the Paris ceremony was "for Joe," and the Vegas ceremony was something that Sophie wanted... but it also shows that them taking the step into the future--into that unknown--as a newlywed couple is something that was very fated, and it's meant to cause a huge shift in their lives (which we've already seen over the past couple of years).

I think they make a really great couple and they have really beautiful astrology for both wedding ceremonies.
