RATE SCHEDULE IS ON A PER-PROJECT CONTRACTUAL BASIS. HOURS FROM PAST PROJECT CONTRACTS WILL NOT BE APPLIED TO THE RATE OF ANY FUTURE CONTRACTS FOR UNRELATED PROJECTS.
